5.2 Using Contacts

Double-click to phone or IM

(depending on how double-

clicking is configured in

Preferences > Application).

Hover to reveal icons. Click the

phone icon to call using the

primary phone number. Or click the

IM icon to send an IM using the

primary presence address for this

contact.

Or right-click and choose

from the menu

You can watch the contact’s

online status, if the contact has

a softphone or IM address
